Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the written order, provisioning state, service type, custom work, payment method, applicable law, and whether the service was used in violation of policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to dedicated servers, bandwidth pools, custom infrastructure, support services, and related add-ons unless a written order states different refund terms.

2. Eligibility

A refund may be considered when a newly provisioned service materially fails to match the written order and BryskBits cannot reasonably correct the issue. Any refund window must be stated in the written order before it is relied on.

3. Non-refundable services

• setup fees, one-time engineering work, and procurement work already performed;
• custom configurations, reserved hardware, IP allocations, or special network work;
• used service periods, renewal periods already started, and third-party charges;
• services suspended or terminated for policy violations, abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal when processed according to the account or support process. It does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless the written terms say otherwise.

5. Custom configurations

100 Gbps builds, bandwidth pools, private networking, large storage layouts, custom routing, and special procurement may be non-refundable once approved, ordered, built, allocated, or delivered.

6. Abuse and policy violations

BryskBits may deny refunds where service was used for spam, malware, phishing, fraud, unauthorized streaming, copyright infringement, attacks, or other violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Payment method handling

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible. International, non-card, or provider-limited payments may require alternate handling and may be affected by processor, conversion, or transfer fees.

8. How to request review

Use the Contact page or support route with your invoice, service identifier, reason for request, and relevant evidence. BryskBits reviews requests against the written order and these public policy terms.
